Shipping

We have several options for shipping depending on where you are located. When you add items to your cart, you can check the shipping charge/time before you decide to purchase.

We are located in Tokyo and ship internationally with Japan Post. Japan Post is extremely reliable and efficient. In fact, since we are in Tokyo, almost all packages are usually in the air within a day or two. After that, packages are in the hands of your local postal service and how fast you receive them is entirely up to them! If you have any doubts about your local postal service, we highly recommend you choose Express Shipping, which is quick and trackable. If you choose Air Mail, or Economy Air Mail, please be aware that shipping times are only an estimate and it may take longer than expected!

We ship from Monday to Friday with the exception of Japanese national holidays. Orders are usually shipped within one to two business days but may take up to three business days during Christmas and other busy seasons.  

Please confirm your address and telephone number as soon as you order and notify us immediately of any changes. Full shipping fees will be charged to re-deliver items returned due to an incorrect shipping address.  

We realize international shipping is quite expensive but we try our best to keep shipping charges low, usually much lower than our actual cost! However, if you do find shipping costs a little too hard on your pocketbook, be sure to consider downloading! There are no shipping fees, no taxes, and you receive your purchase almost immediately! Not to mention the fact that no packaging, and no carbon emissions during shipping is great for the environment!

Taxes

We do not charge tax for products shipped internationally but purchases may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees charged by the destination country. However, in our experience, this is rare for small orders of children's learning materials. 

Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you have any concerns, you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Returns

We provide samples of almost all of our songs online. Please listen before you buy as we are unable to accept returns on CDs. Of course, if we made a mistake and something arrives broken, mixed up, etc., please let us know immediately, and we will reship a replacement product right away!

Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please take a listen to the samples provided before you buy!
